Over Eater, Julie Wilk visited Ragaypampa, one of
Bolivia’s autonomous indigenous communities situated in the highlands of
Cochabamba province in central Bolivia. She was with a group of water researchers from Centro AGUA, Universidad de San
Simón, Cochbamba that were invited to survey and discuss the potential of a
number of locally initiated ideas for achieving sustainable potable household
water to the many dispersed communities and irrigation water to improve crop
yields.
